WiseStamp is a service that helps you add professional signatures to your emails. Launched in 2010, the company is currently helping over 700,000 users project a professional image in their emails.
It can be used with most email providers. This includes Outlook, Gmail, Android, iPhone, Mac, Yahoo, and more.
It’s free to use, however an affordable premium plan is available if you want to unlock additional features.
Let’s take a closer look at what WiseStamp can do.
How to Create a Professional Signature with WiseStamp
You can sign up to WiseStamp free of charge. All you need to do is enter your name, email address, and a password. You can sign up via Facebook or Gmail to enter your information quicker if you wish.
WiseStamp has a user-friendly interface that makes creating great looking email signatures a breeze.
On the left-hand side of the page is the signature details area where you add information such as your name, email address, company, phone number, website address, and physical address. You can upload your photo too and link to your social media profiles.
On the right-hand side you can change the design and layout of your signature. The size of your photo, icons, and fonts, can all be changed at the click of a button.
Many different colour schemes are available to you and pro users can select from additional template layouts.
Underneath the signature details area you will find signature apps. You can integrate a wide variety of services here into your signature. For example, you can add follow buttons for social media profiles, display your latest status, display a YouTube video, share events, use custom HTML, and much more.
I was asked if I wanted to install a Gmail extension. It’s a useful way of adding a shortcut to your signature settings.
On the next page you can select your email service.
Next you will be asked to confirm whether this is the email signature you want to use.
The beauty of WiseStamp is that it integrates with your email service so well. In Gmail you will see a WiseStamp button added to the bottom of your emails which helps you change settings accordingly.
Clicking on the WiseStamp icon allows you to insert or remove the signature from your email. There is a link to edit your signature too.
WiseStamp only takes a few minutes to set up, yet it can really improve the look of your emails and push clients and customers towards your company website, social media profiles, and more.
WiseStamp Corporate
Businesses may want to consider using WiseStamp Corporate. The service works with Google Apps and provides a central dashboard to control the signatures of all employees. This helps you create consistency in your branding on all email signatures.
WiseStamp Corporate helps you push marketing updates to customers and clients and allows you to track the performance of everything.
Signature Examples
I recommend checking out the signature examples page to get a better idea of what can be achieved with WiseStamp. It illustrates the versatility of the service.
Pricing
WiseStamp is free to use, but you need to upgrade to their pro plan to unlock all features.
The pro plan retails at an approximate rate of $6 per month, billed yearly at $72.
Upgrading to the premium plan removes the credit link to WiseStamp in your signature. This will make your emails look more professional and have others scratching their head as to how you created such a cool signature.
The pro plan also unlocks a host of additional templates, custom social icons, and support. Importantly, it does not restrict how many signatures you use. With the free plan you are limited to one signature, but the pro plan allows an unlimited number of signatures.
WiseStamp Corporate users need to pay $2 per user per month. There is a fourteen day trial and if you choose to pay yearly you get twelve months for the price of ten.
Final Thoughts
Email remains the way that most online businesses communicate with each other. Most people send dozens or even hundreds of emails every week. This gives you the opportunity to project a professional image and promote key aspects of yourself and your business.
The inclusion of apps means that WiseStamp can be used in many useful ways. You can push people towards your latest product, your latest YouTube video, your social media profiles, a registration form, and more.
Be sure to check out the developers’ latest project Wise Intro too. The service is geared towards beginners who do not know how to create websites. It’s a simple website building application that can be used to create cool landing pages, CVs, and complete websites.
I highly recommend checking out WiseStamp. It’s a useful tool that will help you make your emails more professional.
